Brokers are important to us so in addition to providing you
with a clear and concise Terms of Business Agreement we will
also provide you with first class service from speed of quotation
turnaround to accuracy of documentation and invoices.
We will also provide you with the information you need to comply
with your regulatory obligations.
Risk Transfer – generally, we have the benefit of risk
transfer from our scheme insurers. We are not, however, in a
position to cascade risk transfer to our introducing brokers.
Therefore you should not regard monies as having been paid to
the insurer until they have been paid to us
Sometimes we may place business on your behalf outside of our
schemes with insurers who do not provide us with risk transfer.
We would advise you to always satisfy yourself as to the risk
transfer position before placing a client on cover.
