If damage does occur, it is of key importance that good processes, for both the identification of damage and the arrangements in place to handle the claims that arise, are in place.

In designing our claims processes we maintain focus on how the 4 stakeholders would define the perfect delivery in terms of Time, Quality and Cost.

Time

We work with our clients to manage risk and reduce the number of vehicles being delivered with damage. If damage does occur, to minimise delays in customer delivery, our processes are designed to allow the dealers to repair the damaged vehicles as quickly as possible.

Quality

By focusing on the reducing damage and on the swift repair of the vehicle, we can help protect your brand by minimising the delay in customer delivery. In addition, our processes support quality control functions by removing potentially substandard vehicles from the sale process.

Cost

We reduce cost by identifying repetitive damage trends and working with you to remove them. If damage does occur we reduce net cost by identifying liable carriers and recovering costs from them. Furthermore, to ensure control of repair costs claims from consignees are reviewed and adjusted in line with agreed claims submission protocols and procedures. Reference is made to manufacturer’s standard repair techniques and times to minimise claims costs.
