Services Authority (FSA) regulation on the sale of insurance.
This has forced firms not wishing to be regulated by the FSA

against loss or damage to their goods.
We proactively sought to understand how regulation would
affect the sector well ahead of its implementation and developed
fresh and flexible ways of meeting the needs of all clients,
irrespective of their size or trading methods. Testament to
