In the Removals and Storage sector we work closely with the
leading trade associations to provide insurance and risk management
solutions to their members. We also offer advice and guidance
to both of the trade associations listed below and are regulator
contributors of editorial to the main industry publications.
PoundGates are part of the Approved Insurance Broker Panel
of the British Association of Removers (BAR). We have worked
with BAR since January 2006.

BAR aims to promote excellence and be the recognised voice
of the professional moving industry, to provide a comprehensive
range of essential services to its members, and to be the
guardian of professional standards for the benefit of its
members and their customers.

PoundGates are the official insurance broker of the National
Guild of Removers and Storers (NGRS). We have worked with
NGRS since 2004.
NGRS Commitment:
To promote quality and service throughout the removals
industry, including an annual inspection of members and
compulsory membership for members of the Removals Industry
Ombudsman Scheme. To provide members with access to high
quality marketing materials and support services to enable
them to promote their business to the best effect and provide
a professional service to customers.
