2004 we took the knowledge accumulated in the Removals &
Storage sector and transferred this to the evolving Self Storage
sector culminating in the launch of our bespoke product, StoreGuard.
In common with the Removals & Storage sector the Self
Storage sector also has to deal Financial Services Authority
regulation on the sale of insurance. By taking a unique approach
to the regulatory issues facing self storage operators, and
by working closely with the Self Storage Association (SSA),
we have created flexible and attractive solutions and generated
a large market share within a short timeframe.
Our expertise in the sector is well known and is evidenced
through the number of new ventures who contact us for advice
and guidance (in addition to insurance solutions) when setting
up their self storage business.
Our involvement in the Removals and Storage sector extends
nearly two decades and today more than ever we concentrate
our extensive knowledge and expertise helping our clients
deal with industry’s modern day insurance needs and
regulatory issues.
