We use advanced handheld technology to capture vehicle information and record any damages. We provide real time and up to date inspection information.

Online Access
Our web-based reporting facilities provide constant visibility of vehicle condition information and instant access to extractable data for reporting and analysis purposes. The PGVISion web portal receives data direct from our inspection sites and allows easy and secure access to the output of the services we perform for our customer.
Risk Management
We are able to identify and recommend risk management solutions to reduce future damages, claims and costs leading to improved quality and reduced lead times.

We can use damage data to analyse damage trends and indicate potential areas of risk and through a programme of reviews of operational and physical arrangements we can identify the risks of damage and highlight areas for improvement. These reviews can be conducted on an ad-hoc or scheduled regular basis and can encompass physical and handling arrangements related to:-

Route Audits
Our Vehicle Inspection operation can undertake full route audits following vehicle movements from plant to delivery and encompassing all modes of transport, to identify the cause of damages or possible problems. We can pinpoint where damages are occurring and suggest effective solutions.
