For that reason we have developed two key online facilities for our customers that underpin the services we provided by giving our customers the access the data that we collect on their behalf. The facilities enable them to see the data we hold from both an operational and strategic viewpoint.

The reporting functions available to both facilities are powerful, flexible and can be configured to each customers’ requirements.

Online Inspection Data
Our online inspection data portal provides constant visibility of vehicle condition information and instant access to extractable data for reporting and analysis purposes.

Through the portal our customers are able to analyse vehicle condition across an entire route of any part of it.
Useful additional tools for users include a personal document library and the ability to save digital content at both a vehicle and user level.

Online Claims System
Our multi-lingual online claims portal provides our customers with instant access to secure data for reporting and analysis purposes.

The site also allows our client's consignees (such as dealerships) to report their claims and to track the progress of their claims online.

The claim system also allows for personal report settings to be saved and data to be displayed in easily accessible graphical formats.
