Debby has spent over 25 years in the insurance industry having held underwriting and team manager roles at Aviva prior to Pound Gates. Debby holds the Certificate in Insurance with the Chartered Insurance Institute. She joined Pound Gates in June 2010. Debby is a keen supporter of Ipswich Town Football Club and enjoys country walks with her husband and black Labrador, baking and reading.
