Henry joined Pound Gates in 2014. He is the Operations Manager, with responsibility for managing the Client Services team. He has progressed through various roles in the business, including underwriting, client services and held a managerial position as Quality & Technical Manager. Henry holds the Certificate of Insurance with the Chartered Insurance Institute. In his spare time Henry likes wrestling items of furniture and footwear from the mouth of his Basset Hound.
