In recent years, that recognition has gathered pace. In 2025, we were named Best Employer at the Insurance Broker Awards. The year prior, our Claims team secured two major wins – Claims Team of the Year at the UK Broker Awards and Claims Innovation of the Year at the Claims & Fraud Awards – alongside Best Workplace in Insurance at the National Insurance Awards.

That momentum has continued into 2026. At the Modern Claims Awards, we were highly commended in Giving Back to Charity and named a finalist for Best Place to Work.
