Isla-Mae joined Pound Gates in 2026 after graduating from Loughborough University and is currently working towards her Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications. She is committed to developing her knowledge and expertise within the insurance industry and providing the highest level of service to clients. Outside of work, Isla-Mae is a passionate Ipswich Town FC supporter, enjoys a game of tennis or padel, and loves spending time with her friends and family.
