Lorane joined Pound Gates in 2022 as a Client Executive, managing a portfolio of clients, and has since progressed to Team Leader for the Removers and Storage team. She previously worked at Pound Gates between 2003 and 2005 as an Underwriter, before stepping away from the industry to focus on raising her family. She is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds the Certificate of Insurance, bringing both experience and a strong commitment to client service in her role. Outside of work, Lorane enjoys spending time with her three grown-up children, whom she is very proud of. She is also a keen supporter of Ipswich Town Football Club and enjoys spending time outdoors walking her two dogs.
